Lynx Purchasing provide procurement services for the catering and hospitality industries. By leveraging their negotiating skills and our network of suppliers, they achieve savings for their customers on food and beverage, catering equipment, utilities and specialist services.

At the time we began working with Lynx, they had recently had their website redesigned, but it quickly became apparent that it didn’t clearly communicate their service or reflect the quality and personality of their brand. The result was a decline in user engagement and a loss of Google rankings due to broken and toxic links.

(i) Improve visibility and ranking for high search volume keywords.

(ii) Present a more professional image of the business and reflect its personality.

(iii) Offer a better user experience.

(iv) Increase the number of leads and enquiries generated through the site.

What we did

Filling the sales funnel

We worked with Lynx to really understand who their customers are and what is important to them. This enabled us to create a site that clearly communicates the service Lynx offer, who it is for and the tangible benefits that Lynx deliver for their customers.

The site makes effective use of images and video to make it easy and engaging for users to find the information they want. This has led to a substantial increase in site visibility and number of enquiries and leads.
